摘要
水工大体积混凝土裂缝原因分析过程涉及多方面影响因素,裂缝的产生是多方面因素共同作用的结果。采用原因分析方法中的关联图对西藏某水电站厂房坝段某一仓水工大体积混凝土裂缝产生原因进行了分析,对裂缝产生的该仓混凝土一期冷却通水温控数据采用均值-控制图、散布图及直方图等质量过程控制工具进行了研究,找出了导致裂缝产生的主要原因和相关责任方。
There are many factors involved in the analysis process of cracks in hydraulic mass concrete,and the cracks are the result of many factors.In this paper,the causes of cracks in the mass concrete of a warehouse of a hydropower station in Tibet are analyzed by using association graph in the cause analysis method.The temperature control data of the first stage cooling water of the warehouse concrete caused by cracks are studied by using the quality process control tools such as mean control diagram,scatter diagram and histogram.The main causes of cracks and the related responsibilities are found out.
