补肾壮骨汤联合神经肌肉电刺激对股骨骨折患者术后关节功能、骨密度的影响

摘要 目的 探讨补肾壮骨汤联合神经肌肉电刺激对股骨骨折患者术后关节功能、骨密度的影响.方法 选取2016年8月~2018年8月在雅安职业技术学院附属医院接受治疗的110例股骨骨折患者,将其根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各55例.对照组采取补肾壮骨汤及常规康复训练,观察组在对照组的基础上给予神经肌肉电刺激.观察并比较两组术后关节功能以及骨密度的变化情况.结果 相较于对照组,观察组术后Harris评分及骨密度均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论股骨骨折患者采用补肾壮骨汤联合神经肌肉电刺激治疗的效果较好,可改善患者的关节功能,增强骨密度. Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation on joint function and bone mineral density in patients with femoral fracture after operation.Methods 110 patients with femoral fracture who were treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,55 cases in each group.The control group received Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction and routine rehabilitation training,while the observation group received neuromuscular electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.The changes of joint function and bone mineral density were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,the Harris score and bone mineral density in the observation group were higher after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation is effective in the treatment of femoral fracture patients,which can improve the joint function of patients and enhance bone density.
