复方鳖甲软肝片治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化患者临床效果研究

Clinical effect of Compound Biejia Ruangan Tablet on patients with primary biliary cirrhosis

目的 探究原发性胆汁性肝硬化患者治疗中使用复方鳖甲软肝片的临床效果.方法 选取济宁市传染病医院2016年8月~2019年6月期间收治的原发性胆汁性肝硬化患者,征求其意见后入选自愿参与研究者共76例,按照随机法将参与本次研究的患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者实施优思弗进行治疗,在此基础上观察组实施复方鳖甲软肝片治疗,比较患者治疗结局.结果 与治疗前相比,两组肝功能各项指标水平均降低(P<0.05);治疗后肝功能指标水平相比,观察组指标水平更低(P<0.05).结论 在原发性胆汁性肝硬化患者治疗中使用复方鳖甲软肝片,可快速改善各项肝功能水平,预后良好.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of compound biejia ruangan tablet in the treatment of primary biliary cirrhosis.Methods A total of 76 patients with primary biliary cirrhosis were enrolled,who participated in the study voluntarily.According to the randomized method,the patients in the study were divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the control group were treated with Yusuf.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Compound Biejia soft liver tablet,and the treatment outcome was compared.Results Compared with before treatment,the levels of liver function indexes in the two groupswere lower(P<0.05);comparedwith after treatment,the levels of liver function indexes in the observation groupwere lower(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of primary biliary cirrhosis patients,Compound Biejia Ruangan tablet can improve the level of liver function rapidly and have a good prognosis.
