分析益气强心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭阳虚水泛证的效果

Analysis on the effect of Yiqi Qiangxin decoction on Yang deficiency and Water flooding Syndrome of chronic Heart failure

目的 分析益气强心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭阳虚水泛证的效果.方法 选取聊城市第三人民医院于2018年5月至2019年10月收治的140例慢性心力衰竭阳虚水泛证患者作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=70)和观察组(n=70),对照组采用常规西医疗法,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上加用益气强心汤治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果.结果 观察组患者的总有效率大于对照组患者,MLHFQ评分小于对照组患者,故观察组的治疗效果和生活质量均优于对照组,组间数据比较差异显著且有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 益气强心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭阳虚水泛证的治疗效果十分显著,能够改善患者的心功能和生活质量,值得临床应用.

Objective To analyze the effect of Yiqi Qiangxin decoction on yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome of chronic heart failure.Methods 140 patients with chronic heart failure with yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome treated in our hospital from May 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=70)and observation group(n=70).The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Qiangxin decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results the total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the MLHFQ score was smaller than that of the control group,so the treatment effect and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the data between the two groupswere significantlydifferent and statisticallysignificant(P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi qiangxin decoction canimprove the heart function and quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure.
