摘要
2018年8月—2019年1月,在四川省汶川县核桃坪野化培训基地,通过闭路电视监控系统,利用焦点动物取样法观察并记录了大熊猫(Ailuropoda melanoleuca)行为。基于以“姿势—动作—环境”(posture-act-environment,PAE)为轴心,以行为生态功能为依据的PAE编码系统,对育幼期大熊猫的行为进行分类和系统编码并构建PAE行为谱。分辨并记录了育幼期大熊猫及幼体姿势10种,动作49种,环境变量8种。记录到的行为可分为摄食、排遗、育幼、休息、运动和其他行为。基于PAE行为谱,研究了育幼期大熊猫行为的发生频次和行为的季节性变化。除摄食和休息行为外母体大熊猫发生频次最高的是“咬”行为,在幼体中除摄食和休息行为外,发生频次最高的是“咬”和“玩耍”行为。本研究为今后大熊猫育幼期行为研究奠定了基础。
We recorded behaviors of giant panda(Ailuropoda melanoleuca)by focal animal sampling using a closed-circuit television system in the wild training center of Wenchuan County,Sichuan Province from August 2018 to January 2019.We classified data and coded them following the“posture-act-environment(PAE)”coding system which concerns three elements and ecological function of behaviors.Totals of 10 postures,49 acts,and 8 environmental factors were recorded and distinguished.The behaviors were divided into 6 categories including ingestion,elimination,parental,resting,locomotion,and miscellaneous behaviors.Based on the PAE ethogram,the frequency of behavior and seasonal variation were investigated.Apart from ingestion and resting behaviors,biting was the most frequent behavior among mother pandas,and biting and playing were the most frequent behaviors among cubs.
