摘要
因链球菌(Streptococcus)或溶血性大肠杆菌(enterohemorrhage Escherichia coli)感染而导致发病的单个或少量猕猴(Macaca mulatta)个体较容易被发现并采取及时有效的治疗措施。而在猕猴数量较多、密度较大、生活环境较为复杂的情况下,发现和治疗的难度明显增加。郑州市某动物园猴山猕猴群由于链球菌和溶血性大肠杆菌的混合感染而出现以肺炎为主要特征的多只死亡,结合药敏试验,通过彻底消毒,控制饮水和食物的种类来调节药物的投喂,患病猕猴病情得到有效控制并逐渐康复,未再出现新的患病或死亡病例。本文就该病例所采取的处置措施进行了探究,为预防和治疗类似病例提供参考。
Individual Macaca mulatta and members of small groups infected with Streptococcus or enterohemorrhage Escherichia coli infections are relatively easy to observe and effectively treat.However,it is more difficult to identify and treat individuals with infections in a large,high density captive population in a complex environment.In the population of M.mulatta at a zoo in Zhengzhou City,several individuals with symptoms of pneumonia died due to coinfections of Streptococcus and enterohemorrhage E.coli.The infections were gradually controlled after thorough disinfection,surveillance of drinking water supply,and feeding food mixed with appropriate medications which were already detected by antimicrobial susceptibility testing.No new cases of infection or deaths occurred.Here we examine the treatment of Streptococcus and enterohemorrhage E.coli coinfections,providing a reference for prevention and treatment of this kind of disease.
