Professionalization Development of New-type Vocational Farmers under Background of Agricultural Supply-side Structural Reform

新型职业农民培育与职业化发展是推进农业供给侧结构性改革和乡村振兴战略实施的核心基础。通过对新型职业农民培育与职业化发展现状分析,在对新型职业农民职业化发展面临的主要困境以及其深层次原因剖析的基础上,从做好新型职业农民职业化发展顶层设计、构建"一主多元"协同合作机制、引导新型职业农民职业化发展、创新职业教育与培训模式4方面提出农业供给侧结构性改革背景下新型职业农民职业化发展的政策建议。

The cultivation and professional development of new-type vocational farmers are the core foundation for promoting the structural reform of agricultural supply-side and the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.Through the analysis of the present situation of the cultivation and professionalization of new-type vocational farmers,on the basis of the analysis of the main predicament faced by the professional development of new-type vocational farmers and its deep-seated causes,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions under the background of structural reform of agricultural supply-side from the four aspects:Doing a good job in top-level design of new-type vocational farmers’professional development,constructing the construction of“one main and multiple subjects”cooperative mechanism,guiding the professionalization development of new-type vocational farmers,and innovate vocational education and training mode.
