摘要
通过对云南省怒江州农村劳动力转移培训情况的调查,发现深度贫困地区农村劳动力转移培训面临实施培训的政府部门过多,培训层次低,农村劳动力对培训缺乏足够兴趣,培训效果不理想等困境。为此,需要优化整合培训资源,提高培训层次,紧扣地方民族特色产业开展培训,多渠道开发就业岗位。
Through the investigation of the state of rural labor transfer training of Nujiang Prefecture of Yunnan Province,the result shows that the deep poverty areas face many difficulties,such as too many government departments carrying out training,the low level of training,the rural laborers lack sufficient interest in training,and the training effect is not ideal.Based on this,it is necessary to optimize and integrate the training resources,improve the level of training,carry out training by linking the industries local ethnic characteristic closely,and develop employment post through multiple channels.
