基于成果导向的工程应用型人才培养探索——以呼伦贝尔学院网络工程专业为例

Exploration on Training of Applied Talents Majoring in Engineering Based on Results Orientation--The Case of Network Engineering Major of Hulunbuir College

社会产业升级需要大量的应用型人才,而培养应用型人才是地方高校转型发展的客观要求,成果导向教育是以预期学习产出为中心来组织、实施和评价人才培养。呼伦贝尔学院网络工程专业基于成果导向教育理念来设计应用型人才培养目标和标准,以学习产出结果为衡量依据,以核心能力为主轴,对人才培养模式、课程体系、课程教学策略、学习产出成果评价进行精心设计,在实施过程中,利用三级项目驱动的方式对课程体系进行模块化设计,利用三位一体的评价机制开展学习产出成果评价。实践表明,基于OBE理念的工程应用型人才培养模式可有效提高学生工程实践与创新能力,为培养高水平工程应用型人才提供可操作的理论指导和经验参考。

The upgrading of social industry requires a large number of applied talents. Training applied talents is the objective requirement of the transformation and development of local universities. Outcome Based Education(OBE) is a kind of education structure mode, which takes learning outcomes as the center to organize, implement and evaluate education. Network Engineering Major of Hulunbuir College designs the objectiveness and standard of applied talents training based on outcome-based education concept, and carefully designs the personnel training mode, curriculum system, curriculum teaching strategy and learning output evaluation based on the results of learning output and taking the core competence as the main axis. In the process of implementation, the three-level project driven method is used to modularize the curriculum system and the trinity evaluation mechanism is used to carry out the evaluation of learning output. Practice shows that the training mode of applied talents majoring in engineering based on OBE concept can effectively improve students’ ability in engineering practice and innovation, and provide theoretical guidance and experience reference for training high-level applied talents majoring in engineering.
