大学生心理危机管理关系大学生健康成长发展,关系学校人才培养质量,关系社会和谐进步。依据心理危机管理的一般流程,根据控制理论,从关键环节着手,在心理危机的前期、中期、后期建立预防和干预的金字塔状模型,包括金字塔关系模型、组织模型、职能模型、预警模型和应对模型,从不同维度构建大学生心理危机管理体系,快速有效实施大学生心理危机预防和干预,为学生、学校、社会、家庭谋福祉、谋发展。

College students’ psychological crisis management concerns the college students’ healthy growth and development, the quality of personnel training as well as social harmony and progress. According to the general process of psychological crisis management and based on the control theory, taken from crucial link, a pyramid model for prevention and intervention should be built in the early, middle and late stages of a psychological crisis. It is necessary from different dimensions to build a psychological crisis management system for college students, carry out a rapid and effective implementation of prevention and intervention of psychological crisis for college students, and seek the welfare and development of students, schools, society and families.
