摘要
为了提高Z源逆变器的电压增益,设计了一种改进开关电感型Z源逆变器(ISL-ZSI),用电容器代替传统开关电感中的二极管,并把位置重新整合。研究并分析了新拓扑的工作原理和SPWM控制方法,利用MATLAB/Simulink和实验样机进行了仿真及实验验证。仿真及实验结果表明,该拓扑提高了升压能力,拓宽了调制因子的取值空间,保证了输出波形的质量,降低了无源器件的电压应力。新拓扑的可行性和准确性得以验证。
An improved switching inductor Z-source inverter(ISL-ZSI)is designed to improve the voltage gain of the Z-source inverter.The capacitor is used to replace the diode in the conventional switching inductor and the position is re-integrated.The working principle of the new topology and the SPWM control method are studied and analyzed.The simulation and experimental verification are carried out by using MATLAB/Simulink and experimental prototype.The simulation and experimental results show that the topology improves the boosting capability,widens the value space of the modulation factor,guarantees the quality of the output waveform,and reduces the voltage stress of the passive device.The feasibility and accuracy of the new topology was verified.
