摘要
针对应变仪长时间使用后精度下降及标定过程复杂繁琐等问题,设计了一种可自动标定的应变采集系统。该系统可将标准电阻信号输出加载到被标定电桥的输入端,对比被标定电桥的输出与理论值,自动计算被标定电桥的精度。实验结果表明,该系统可以有效完成自标定,且标定精度可以达到0.3%。
Aiming at the problems of the accuracy of the strain gauge after long-term use and the complicated and cumbersome calibration process,a strain acquisition system that can be automatically calibrated is designed.The system can load the standard resistance signal output to the input of the calibrated bridge,and compare the output of the calibrated bridge with the theoretical value to automatically calculate the accuracy of the calibrated bridge.The experimental results show that the system can effectively complete the self-calibration,and the calibration accuracy can reach 0.3%.
