摘要
针对继电保护装置遥信插件质量识别自动化程度低、识别精度差的问题,提出并设计了一种基于FPGA的遥信插件质量识别系统。首先建立了遥信插件质量识别系统模型;然后设计了插件自动装卸模块;最后测试了具有35路遥信功能的遥信插件。实验结果表明,该系统可以同时测试3个遥信插件并输出测试与分析结果,控制精度高,成本低,抗干扰能力强,相比于传统测试方法,效率提高了2.5倍,应用前景广阔。
Aiming at the problems of low automation degree and poor accuracy of quality identification for telesignalization plug-in of relay protection device,a quality identification system is proposed and designed for telesignalization plug-in based on PFGA.Firstly,the quality identification system model of telesignalization plug-in is established;and then,the plug-in automatic loading and unloading module is designed;finally,the telesignalization plug-in with 35-channels telesignalization function is tested.The experiment results show that the system can test three telesignalization plug-ins at the same time,and output test and analysis results,which has the high control accuracy,low cost and strong anti-interference ability,compared with the traditional test method,the test efficiency of system has been increased by 2.5 times,and the system has wide application prospect.
