摘要
设计了一种串并联结构的同轴型电阻分压器,基于该分压器提出一种新的相角偏差量值溯源方法。该方法主要通过分压器相角偏差与电阻阻值之间的特殊比例关系实现,通过测量两结构尺寸完全相同的分压器相角偏差的差值实现自校验;设计完成了分压比为1001,电阻阻值为100Ω的电阻分压器,通过新的相角偏差溯源方法对该分压器相角偏差在400 Hz到100 kHz频率范围内进行自校验,并对自校验结果进行了不确定度评估,在100 kHz时分压器相角偏差标准不确定度优于30μrad。
A set of coaxial resistive voltage dividers(RVDs)with serial-parallel connection was designed,and a new method was also proposed to calibrate phase angle errors of RVDs at frequencies up to 100 kHz.The method was mainly based on a special proportional relationship with the resistance and capacitance between two RVDs with identical structure.The absolute phase angle error of a RVD can be derived from the phase difference between the two RVDs.The RVD with ratio of 1001 consisting of 100Ωresistive elements was built and self-calibrated with the new method at frequencies from 400 Hz to 100 kHz.The measurement uncertainties was also evaluated.The standard uncertainty in phase angle error of the 1001 RVD consisting of 100Ωresistive elements was within 30μrad at 100 kHz.
