重症胰腺炎患者血液滤过治疗中的护理效果分析

Analysis of Nursing Effect in Hemofiltration Treatment of Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的分析重症胰腺炎患者血液滤过治疗中的护理效果。方法方便选取该院2017年1月—2018年12月收治的行血液滤过治疗的重症胰腺炎患者60例,将其随机分为两组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,在此基础上观察组实施综合护理。比较两组生命体征情况、护理效果、满意度以及生存质量。结果在生命体征上,观察组呼吸频率、平均动脉压、体温、心率等指标较对照组经明显改善,且二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在护理有效率上,对照组为80.00%,观察组为93.33%,且二者差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.665,P<0.05)。在满意度上,对照组为83.33%,观察组为96.67%,且二者差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.885,P<0.05)。在生存质量上,观察组情感职能、生理、躯体、社会等功能评分较对照组均明显较高,且二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症胰腺炎患者血液滤过治疗中实施综合护理的效果显著,即可维持患者生命体征稳定,且可改善患者病情,提升其生存质量和满意度,因此值得应用推广。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of hemofiltration in patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods Sixty patients with severe pancreatitis treated with hemofiltration in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases each.The control group was given routine care,and on this basis,the observation group implemented comprehensive care.The two groups of vital signs,nursing effects,satisfaction and quality of life were compared.Results On the vital signs,the respiratory rate,mean arterial pressure,body temperature and heart rate of the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group,and there was statistical difference between them(P<0.05).In the nursing efficiency,the control group was 80.00%,and the observation group was 93.33%,and there was statistical difference between them(χ^2=8.665,P<0.05).In terms of satisfaction,the control group was 83.33%,and the observation group was 96.67%,and there was a statistical difference between them(χ^2=7.885,P<0.05).In terms of quality of life,the scores of emotional function,physiology,body and society in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with severe pancreatitis is significant,which can maintain the patient's vital signs and improve the patient's condition and improve their quality of life and satisfaction.Therefore,it is worthy of application and promotion.
