预见性护理对R-EPOCH方案治疗非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤患者不良反应的影响

Effect of Predictive Nursing on Adverse Reactions of R-EPOCH Regimen in Patients with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

目的探讨预见性护理对R-EPOCH方案治疗非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤患者不良反应的影响。方法研究对象方便选取2016年5月—2019年4月于该院接受R-EPOCH方案治疗的非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤患者,共计75例。以随机数表法进行组别划分,其中对照组37例,研究组38例。对照组采取常规护理措施,研究组在此基础上针对R-EPOCH方案治疗非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤的不良反应给予预见性护理干预。评价并对比两组治疗期间不良反应的发生情况,以及护理满意度。结果研究组肺部感染2.63%、骨髓抑制7.89%、静脉血栓5.26%、消化道反应21.05%、口腔炎10.53%与脱发(21.05%)的发生率均低于对照组(21.62%)、(27.03%)、(24.32%)、(43.24%)、(35.14%)、(43.24%),结果对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.730、4.789、5.442、4.242、6.477、4.242,P<0.05)。研究组对护理工作的总满意率为100.00%,高于对照组83.78%,结果对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.676,P<0.05)。结论预见性护理能够有效减少R-EPOCH方案治疗非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤患者的不良反应,提高护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing on the adverse reactions of R-EPOCH regimen in patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.Methods Convenient select the study subjects were from 75 patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma who were treated with R-EPOCH in the hospital from May 2016 to April 2019.The group was divided by random number table method,including 37 cases in the control group and 38 cases in the study group.In the control group,routine nursing measures were taken.On the basis of this,the research group gave pre-existing nursing intervention for the adverse reactions of R-EPOCH regimen in the treatment of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.Evaluate and compare the occurrence of adverse reactions during the two treatment periods,as well as the satisfaction of care.Results The incidence of 2.63%lung infection,7.89%bone marrow suppression,5.26%venous thrombosis,21.05%gastrointestinal reaction,10.53%stomatitis and 21.05%hair loss in the study group were lower than those in the control group(21.62%,27.03%,24.32%.43.24%,35.14%,and 43.24%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.730,4.789,5.442,4.242,6.477,4.242,P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of the study group was 100.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(83.78%).The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.676,P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing can effectively reduce the adverse reactions of R-EPOCH in patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
