当归补血汤加减联合羟苯磺酸钙对糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction Combined with Calcium Hydroxybenzenesulfonate on Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探讨对糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者施予羟苯磺酸钙、中医当归补血汤加减治疗的疗效情况。方法纳入该次研究的150例对象均为2017年5月—2018年5月该院收治的DR患者,所有对象入院后均接受常规调脂、降压,同时采取羟苯磺酸钙治疗的75例为A组,另外施予羟苯磺酸钙、中医当归补血汤加减治疗的75例为B组,对比其结果。结果治疗后B组QOL评分、炎性因子水平与血管内皮因子水平均优于A组,差异有统计学意义(t=21.310、12.407、31.086、12.241、14.796、7.614,P<0.05);A组有效率是46.67%,较B组78.67%低,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=15.074,P<0.05)。结论对DR患者施予羟苯磺酸钙、中医当归补血汤治疗,可改善眼底症状和缓解机体炎症,促进生活质量与疗效的进一步提高。

Objective To explore the effect of adding calcium dobesilate and traditional Chinese medicine Danggui Buxue Decoction on patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods 150 patients enrolled in the study were all patients with DR admitted to the hospital from May 2017 to May 2018.All subjects received conventional lipid-lowering and antihypertensive effects after admission,and were treated with calcium dobesilate.75 cases were in group A,and 75 cases of calcium hydroxybenzenesulfonate and Chinese medicine Danggui Buxue Decoction were added to group B.The results were compared.Results After treatment,the QOL score,inflammatory factor level and vascular endothelial factor level in group B were better than group A,and the difference was statistically significant(t=21.310,12.407,31.086,12.241,14.796,7.614,P<0.05);group A effective rate was 46.67%,which was lower than 78.67%in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=15.074,P=0.000).Conclusion The treatment of calcium hydroxybenzenesulfonate and traditional Chinese medicine Danggui Buxue Decoction can improve the fundus symptoms and relieve the body inflammation,and promote the further improvement of quality of life and curative effect.
