智能制造是我国未来制造业的发展方向,工业机器人技术作为智能制造的关键环节发展迅猛,但目前工业机器人应用型技能人才供给是否符合产业岗位的要求、高职院校如何按照工业机器人技术的核心岗位能力构建专业课程体系,培养符合工作岗位的工业机器人应用型技能人才,需要深入调查产业企业需求,进一步归纳研究,指导职业院校培养市场需要的人才。文章以深入调研厦门市及周边区域智能制造背景下工业机器人才需求、岗位需求,为工业机器人人才培养提供方向和思路。

Intelligent manufacturing is the development direction of China’s manufacturing industry in the future.As the key link of intelligent manufacturing,industrial robot technology develops rapidly.But at present,whether the supply of industrial robot applicationoriented skilled talents meets the requirements of industrial posts.How to build a professional curriculum system according to the core post ability of industrial robot technology in higher vocational colleges,and how to cultivate industrial machines that meet the requirements of jobs.It is necessary to investigate the needs of industrial enterprises,further summarize and study,and guide vocational colleges to cultivate talents needed by the market.Based on the in-depth investigation of the demand for industrial robot talents and post demand under the background of intelligent manufacturing in Xiamen and surrounding areas,this paper provides direction and ideas for the training of industrial robot talents.
