考虑风电可信容量的配电网优化调度模型

摘要 风电的可信容量对电力系统的稳定性有着十分重要的意义,准确、快速地计算风电场可信容量是含风电系统规划的基础。文章分析了风电的波动特性以及风电场出力与风速的相关性,同时提出了一种风电可行容量的评估方法,最后建立了考虑风电可信容量的配电网优化调度模型。将风电场可信容量加入到常规的发供电平衡,从而保证了系统给定的可靠性水平,仿真结果验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。 The trusted capacity of wind power is important to the power system stability.It is the basis of calculating the wind farms trusted capacity accurately and quickly.In this paper,the fluctuation characteristics of wind power and the correlation between wind farm output and wind speed are analyzed.At the same time,an evaluation method of wind power feasible capacity is proposed.Finally,an optimal dispatching model of distribution network considering wind power credible capacity is established.The wind power credible capacity is added to the normal balance,thus ensuring the given reliability level of the system.The simulation results verify that proposed method is correct and effective.
