摘要
随着社会经济转型,信息技术快速发展,企业人力资源管理方向不断向人才管理倾斜。文章详尽论述了大型企业内训师线上选拔的必要性,探讨了内训师线上选拔模式,说明了具体实践过程与结果,进一步对后续内训师线上选拔提出了改进之处。
With the transformation of social economy and the rapid development of information technology,the direction of human resource management in enterprises is inclined to talent management.This paper has discussed in detail the necessity of the online selection of internal trainers in large enterprises,discussed the online selection model of internal trainers,explained the specific practice process and results,and further put forward some improvements for the subsequent online selection of internal trainers.
