大科技格局下“区块链+教育”的意义及路径分析

Significance and path analysis of“blockchain+education”under the pattern of large science and technology

区块链作为去中心化的网络技术框架,依托教育大数据和云计算构建“区块链+教育”体系,符合《“十三五”国家信息化规划》提出的加强区块链技术研用的要求,在大科技背景下,作为教育方式和教学手段变革的驱动力,区块链技术有着积极的意义。在建设中,应形成国内、国外、科研机构和企业多位一体的格局,打造教育公链,建立投融资和知识产权保护平台,参照以太坊架构,建设技术平台,建立校校、校企、校政、国内和国外的知识连接智能合约体系。文章对此展开分析。

As a decentralized network technology framework,blockchain builds a“blockchain+education”system based on education big data and cloud computing,which meets the requirements of strengthening the research and application of blockchain technology proposed in the 13th Five Year National Informatization Plan.As the driving force of the reform of education methods and teaching methods in the context of large science and technology,blockchain technology has positive significance.In the process of construction,we should form an integrated pattern of domestic,foreign,scientific research institutions and enterprises,build a public education chain,establish a platform for investment and financing and intellectual property protection,build a technical platform with reference to the ethereum framework,and establish a smart contract system for knowledge connection among schools,school enterprises,school administration,domestic and foreign countries.This paper analyzes it.
