基于港产城联动的张家港市金港镇存量空间优化策略研究

Study on the Optimization Strategies of Stock Space in Jingang Town of Zhangjiagang City Based on the Linkage of Port,Industry and City

城镇谋求持续发展的同时,必须正视土地资源的刚性束缚,存量空间优化成为新时代城镇建设的关键点。金港镇努力探索在兼顾城镇特色发展与城镇规模管控的前提下,积极探索统筹“港、产、城”资源,优化城镇存量空间的策略与途径。文章聚焦金港镇港口、产业和城镇存量空间存在的问题,提出搭建“多港口为支撑、临港木产业为驱动、双镇区为载体”的具有金港特色的“港产城”联动模式的总体策略,并从多港联运、木产驱动和双镇联合三个方面提出存量空间优化的具体建议。本研究对小城镇如何挖掘利用好自身资源、特色化发展有借鉴意义。

While seeking sustainable development,cities and towns must face up to the rigid constraints of land resources,and the optimization of stock space has become the key point of urban construction in the new era.Jingang town,trying to explore the balance under the premise of the city development and urban scale control characteristics,actively explore strategies and approaches to coordinate the resources of"port,industry and city"and optimize the urban storage space.Focusing on the existing problems in port,industry and urban storage space of jingang town,this paper puts forward the overall strategy of establishing the linkage mode of"port production and city"with the characteristics of Jingang,which is supported by multiple ports,driven by Lingang wood industry and supported by Shuangzhen district,and puts forward specific suggestions on the optimization of storage space from three aspects of multi-port combined transport,wood production drive and joint operation of two towns.This study is of great significance for the development of small towns to make good use of their own resources and characteristics.
