基于POE的现代城市广场改进策略研究——以曲靖玉林广场为例

Research on the Improvement Strategy of Modern City Square Based on POE--A Case Study of Qujing Yulin Square

文章阐述了城市广场及使用后评价(POE)的基本概念和特点,并基于POE的调查研究方法,对云南省曲靖市沾益区的玉林广场进行调研,收集整理其使用者的规律及行为习惯,并对其数据进行分析研究。文章通过实例分析并了解了使用后评价研究的具体过程,发现除建筑领域外,使用后评价对城市广场的设计有着重要意义,并期望对其他相似中小城市中的城市广场设计提出思路。

This paper expounds the city square and post occupancy evaluation(POE)of the basic concepts and features,and based on the research methods of POE,gets the research of the Yulin square in Zhanyi District,Qujing,Yunnan,collecting habits and behavior to reorganize its users,and the data were analyzed.The concrete process of post-use evaluation research is analyzed through examples.It is concluded that post-use evaluation is of great significance to the design of urban squares,such as urban squares,in addition to the field of architecture.It is expected to put forward ideas for the design of urban squares in similar small and medium-sized cities.
