公共空间是城市特色的核心,公共艺术是城市建设中的重要部分,文化软实力已成为一座城市发展并延续的灵魂。目前众多城市通过公共艺术提升城市人文价值与内涵,传承城市文脉,打造城市品牌,公共艺术已成为城市文化建构中重要且有效的方法与手段。文章结合临安滨湖新城公共艺术规划项目,以公共艺术规划为视角探究新城文化建构的方法与策略。

Public space is the core of urban characteristics,public art is an important part of urban construction,and cultural soft power has become the soul of a city's development and continuation.At present,many cities enhance the city's human value and connotation through public art,inherit the city's context,and create a city brand.Public art has become an important and effective method and means in the construction of city culture.Based on the public art planning project of Linan Binhu New Town,this paper explores the methods and Strategies of cultural construction of the new town from the perspective of public art planning.
