摘要
运动健身是人们日常生活中的重要方式之一,校内健身房为在校用户提供各类健身项目,推动校内健身文化的发展。但目前校内健身房在管理体验、场地规划以及氛围营造方面存在各种不足,使得服务质量和用户体验下滑。文章通过服务设计中的用户体验策略构建用户画像和用户旅程图,分析痛点,提出解决方案,以提升健身房的服务质量,对校园健身文化的建设具有重要意义。
Exercise fitness is one of the important ways in people’s daily life,the campus gym provides various fitness programs for students and teachers to promote the development of campus fitness culture.However,due to various deficiencies in the management experience,site space planning,and fitness atmosphere development of campus lead to service quality and user experience decline.The article uses user portraits and user journey diagrams through user experience strategies in service design,by analyzing unreasonable design points and proposing solutions to improve gym service quality,which is of great significance to the construction of campus fitness culture.
