大理市洱海公园使用后状况评价(POE)研究

在生活压力日益加剧的今天,城市公园是市民日常休闲放松和亲近自然的重要场所。文章运用POE(post occupancy evaluation)研究方法,对大理市洱海公园使用情况进行调查研究。通过对公园的实地调研,观察公园内使用者的各类型活动,采访公园内各种设施的使用者以及发放问卷的方式,对公园内设施的使用情况进行了解;通过具体的调查和实际数据的分析及整理,得到了具体的POE分析报告。最后针对存在的相应问题提出建议,为改善公园服务设施、提升管理水平、提高市民满意度提供参考。

Today,with the increasing pressure on life,urban parks are important places for citizens to relax and get close to nature.This paper uses POE(post occupancy evaluation)research method to investigate the use of Dali City Bohai Park.Through field research on the park,observe various types of activities of users in the park,interview users of various facilities in the park and issue questionnaires to understand the use of facilities in the park;through specific surveys and actual data analysis and sorting,a specific POE analysis report was obtained.Finally,it puts forward corresponding suggestions for the specific problems existing,and provides reference for improving the park service facilities,improving the management level and improving the citizens'satisfaction.
