近年来,随着我国高校新建校区质量的不断提升,自主学习等模式的影响不断扩大,越来越多的校方和设计方开始探索符合新时代教育模式的学生住宅发展方向。居学社区是美国校园主流的学生住宅发展方向之一,在校园设计领域具有广泛的影响力。文章旨在通过对美国高校居学社区案例的分析研究,从功能构成、空间组织和管理运营模式三个方面总结其设计特点,为我国新时期高校居住区设计方向提供一定的参考和借鉴价值。

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the quality of newly-built campuses and the continuous expansion of the influence of independent learning,more and more school authorities and design institutions have begun to explore the development direction of student housing in line with the education model of the new era.Residential community is one of the mainstream residential development directions of American campus,which has a broad influence in the field of campus design.This paper aims to summarize the design characteristics of residential communities in colleges and universities in the United States from three aspects of functional composition,spatial organization and management and operation mode through the analysis and research of residential communities in colleges and universities in the United States,so as to provide certain reference and reference value for the design direction of residential communities in colleges and universities in the new period in China.
