青岛广兴里传统民居建筑保护与更新策略

Protection and Renewal Strategy of Traditional Residential Buildings in Guangxingli,Qingdao

作为老青岛的市井符号,里院这一中西合璧的传统民居建筑正随着人群流失逐渐走向没落。文章以广兴里为例展开研究,通过文献查阅及实地调研的方法,依据建筑现状提供修复保护建议,如外立面及内部空间的修复等;同时依据史料及当代生产生活方式提供更新利用策略,如空间流线重组和院落空间再生等,融合纪念性与当代性,使广兴里成为里院记忆与延续的媒介,对探讨当下里院的深层价值及城市活化具有启示意义。

As the symbol of the old city of Qingdao,the traditional Chinese and Western residential buildings in the courtyard are gradually declining with the loss of the crowd.This article takes Guangxingli as an example to carry out research through literature review and field research methods to provide repair and protection suggestions based on the current status of the building,such as the restoration of the fa?ade and interior space.At the same time,it provides updated utilization strategies based on historical materials and contemporary production lifestyles,such as the spatial streamline reorganization and the regeneration of the courtyard space,combining commemoration and contemporarily to make Guangxingli become the medium of memory and continuity of the courtyard,which helps enlighten exploring the deep value of the inner courtyard and the activation of the city.
