激发大学教师投入本科教学的内生动力 被引量:8

摘要 促进教师投入本科教学是建设一流本科教育的重要举措。大学教师对教学的兴趣、职业责任感、闲逸消遣的寄托、教学与科研融合的需要、教学业绩荣誉的追求,是促使其投入本科教学的主要因素。推进教师投入本科教学,高校要进行政策调整,引导和满足教师教学兴趣,弘扬和增强教师责任感,尊重和支持教师教学意愿,打通和构建教学科研的融通机制,激发和规范教师对教学奖励的内在追求,增强教师投入本科教学的内生动力。 Promoting teachers’input into undergraduate teaching is an important measure to build a first-rate undergraduate education.The main factors that urge university teachers to input into undergraduate teaching are their interests,sense of professional responsibility,the leisure time recreating sustenance,the demand for integration of teaching and research,the pursuit of achievements and honors relevant with teaching.To promote university teachers’input into undergraduate teaching,colleges and universities should promote policy adjustment,guide and satisfy teachers’interest in teaching,uphold and heighten teachers’sense of responsibility,respect and support teachers’willingness of teaching,open up and construct the accommodation mechanism of teaching and scientific research,motivate and standardize teachers’internal pursuit of teaching rewards,thus finally enhance the endogenous motivation of teachers’input into undergraduate teaching.
