摘要
伴随教学学术在大学教学实践领域中的推进,大学教师的教学学术能力成为影响这一实践过程的关键议题。运用实证研究方法,基于自下而上的实践归纳逻辑而提出的大学教师教学学术能力的三种典型类型为:实践取向型、专业取向型和整合取向型。三种类型在价值、知识、方法、交流等四个维度上的区分性特征,呈现出大学教师教学学术能力的多样性存在和多元化取向。对大学教师教学学术能力的类型化描述及特征比较的目的在于探索具有本土实践依据的教学学术能力解释框架。
With the advancement of scholarship of teaching in the field of university teaching practice,teaching scholarship capacity of university teachers has become a key issue in this process.By using empirical research methods and the inductive logic from the bottom up,three typical types of teaching scholarship capacity of university teachers are put forward:practice-oriented,profession-oriented and integration-oriented.Based on the distinguishing characteristics of the three types on dimensions of value,knowledge,method,and communication,it shows the diversity of teaching scholarship capacity of university teachers.In the description and comparison of the typification and characteristics of teaching scholarship capacity of university teachers,we aim to explore and design the interpretative framework of teaching scholarship capacity based on local practice.
