摘要 当前,在乡村振兴背景下,乡村教师面临着乡村学校与乡村社会的双重需求,存在有别于其他教师的核心素养,而乡村教师职前培养阶段却呈现出无根性、同质化与技能弱的问题,需要以教学质量为核心,从职业伦理、教学环节与师生发展三个维度完善教学标准,通过加强制度建设、强化师资培训、营造宽松环境等措施,保障教学标准有序实施,促进卓越乡村教师培养。 At present,under the background of rural revitalization,rural teachers are facing the dual needs of rural schools and rural society,and they have core qualities that are different from other teachers.However,in the pre-job training stage,there exist problems of rootlessness,homogeneity and weak skills.It is necessary to take teaching quality as the core and improve teaching standards from dimensions of professional ethics,teaching links and teachers’and students’development.Through enhancing system construction,strengthening teacher training,creating a relaxed environment and other measures,we can ensure the orderly implementation of teaching standards and promote the training of outstanding rural teachers.
