摘要
文章着眼于应用性比较强、与特定行业有着较为明显对应关系的学科,探讨应用型创新人才培养过程中的课程建设问题。在文献梳理的基础上,指出了中国高校创新人才培养中课程建设的主要症结:课程建设在体系性方面有欠缺;教学理念优化程度不够;在理论和实践两者中有所偏废;部分课程内容和课程教学缺乏张力;在学生核心能力培养方面也存在不足。进而就课程建设的改革走向提出相应对策:以先进而科学的理念引领课程建设;在课程建设全过程中既借外力但更注重发挥内力的作用;坚持课程改革。
With an eye to the more applied disciplines that are closely connected to given industries, this paper explores the issue of course construction for innovative talents training. By reviewing relevant literatures, we discuss the major problems in the course construction for innovative talents training in China’s colleges and universities: the systematic deficiency in course construction;lack of optimization in teaching philosophy;unbalanced choice between theory and practice;lack of tension in some course content and course teaching;and the weakness in the training of students’ core competence. Therefore, we propose corresponding countermeasures for reforming the course construction, which includes leading the course construction with advanced and scientific philosophies, laying more emphasis on the internal forces while resorting to external forces in the whole process of course construction, and persisting in curricular reforms.
