“个性全面和谐发展”视阈下高职院校劳动教育问题刍议 被引量:15

On Higher Vocational Labor Education from the Perspective of Personality Development in a Harmonious and All-round Way

摘要 在“个性全面和谐发展”理论中,劳动教育作为“五育”之一,是构成学校教育的重要组成部分。把握新时期高职教育中劳动教育的内涵,以及劳动教育与其他“四育”的内在逻辑,并进而重新审视现有的人才培养体系,这是现阶段高校包括高职院校落实立德树人根本任务的工作重心。劳动教育不会矮化高职的形象,在“个性全面和谐发展”视阈下,高职院校要注重在探究劳动教育与德育、智育、体育和美育的相互关系中寻求提升劳动教育效果的路径和方法。 In the theory of"personality development in a harmonious and all-round way",labor education is an independent branch of"five-education"and constitutes an important part of school education.In the new era,we should grasp the connotation of higher vocational labor education,understand the internal logic of labor education and other"four-education",and re-examine the established talent training system.It is the focus of work for colleges and universities,including higher vocational colleges,to implement the fundamental task of strengthening morality and fostering virtues at the present stage.Labor education will not dwarf higher vocational education.From the perspective of personality development in a harmonious and all-round way,higher vocational colleges should focus on seeking ways and methods to improve the effect of labor education during the exploration of the interrelationship between labor education and moral education,intellectual education,sports and aesthetic education.
