觉醒情感:师范生情感教育价值与路径分析 被引量:10

摘要 新时代背景下,加强师范生情感教育至关重要。基于当下广大中小学、幼儿园教师的情感教育现状,反观师范生教育,需注重师范生情感能力与素养培育,为"未来教师"的实践教育效能与情感品质提升提供可能性指导。建议各类师范教育重新觉醒情感教育价值,明确培养师范生情感教育信念;让师范生多走进教育现场,学会对儿童情感发展进行观察与调查研究;做好师范生情感性班集体建设研究;科学设计与实施专门的情感教育课程;关注师范生的内心情感世界,做好师范生情感教育效能训练与指导工作。系统支持师范生顺利进入职场,并在学校教育过程中饱有道德、充满激情、饱含热情、富有智慧地做好立德树人工作。 Under the background of the new era,it is very important to strengthen the emotional education of normal students.Based on the current situation of emotional education of teachers in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens,we should pay attention to the cultivation of emotional ability and literacy of normal students in order to provide possible guidance for the improvement of practical education efficiency and emotional quality of"future teachers".It is recommended that all types of normal education re-awaken the value of emotional education and clearly cultivate the belief in emotional education of normal students;let normal students walk into the education scene and learn to observe and investigate children’s emotional development;do a good job of collective construction of normal students’emotional classes;scientifically design and implement specialized emotional education courses;pay attention to the inner emotional world of normal students,and do a good job in training and guiding the effective education of normal students.It systematically supports normal students to enter the workplace smoothly,and to do a good job of cultivating people and fostering morality with passion,enthusiasm and wisdom in school education.
