摘要
目的探讨根管治疗后MOD洞型不同修复对牙体抗力影响。方法方便选择2017年5月-2018年5月60颗正畸拔除且根尖完全发育单根上颌前磨牙,A组作为对照组,B组仅填充复合树脂,C组给予复合树脂覆盖牙尖充填处理,D组聚合瓷嵌体覆盖牙尖处理,离体牙根管处理,MOD洞型制备及修复,制作抗折强度检测试件,记录抗折强度,样本劈裂时压力记为N,观察劈裂形式。结果在抗折强度方面,A、B、C、D组患者抗折强度分别(1709.3±389.5)N、(812.6±204.3)N、(1115.3±319.7)N、(1138.2±294.4)N,相比于B组,C组、D组抗折强度明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C组与D组抗折强度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Ⅰ类C组最低,D组、B组次之;Ⅱ类C组最高,B组、D组次之。结论根管治疗后MOD洞型复合树脂和聚合瓷嵌体都能够增强牙齿抵抗力,相比于复合树脂填充修复,聚合瓷嵌体修复效果更好。
Objective To investigate the effect of different restoration methods of MOD cavity on tooth resistance after root canal therapy. Methods 60 single maxillary premolars convenient selection with complete apical development after orthodontic extraction from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as control groupA. Group B was filled with composite resin only. Group C was filled with composite resin. Group D was covered with composite ceramic inlay. Root canal in vitro was treated. MOD cavity was prepared and restored. Fracture strength test specimens were made, fracture strength was recorded,and pressure was recorded as N at the time of sample splitting. To observe the splitting pattern. Results In terms of flexural strength, the flexural strength of group A, B, C and D were(1709.3±389.5) N,(812.6±204.3) N,(1115.3±319.7) N and(1138.2±294.4) N, respectively. Compared with group B, the flexural strength of group C and group D was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), while the flexural strength of group C was not significantly different from group D,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);group I was the lowest, followed by group D and group B;group II was the highest. Group D followed. Conclusion After root canal therapy, MOD cavity composite resin and polymer ceramic inlay can enhance tooth resistance.Polymeric ceramic inlay is more effective than composite resin inlay.
