高校图书馆微信公众平台阅读推广数据分析——以沈阳药科大学图书馆为例 被引量:1

摘要 为新媒体环境下高校图书馆利用微信公众平台开展阅读推广服务遇到的相关问题给予解决对策。我们利用微信公众平台助手程序对沈阳药科大学图书馆微信公众号南校区开馆以来一年多的用户及图文数据进行抽取,并结合图文内容人工提取代表数据进行对比分析。根据微信公众平台用户及图文数据的分析结果,建议高校图书馆应根据自身学科及用户特点,利用微信公众号等新媒体平台,推送高校用户群感兴趣的信息,进而逐步打造特色文化品牌及更高质量的阅读推广服务。 This research is to provide solutions to the problems encountered by university libraries in using WeChat public platform to promote services under the new media environment.The graph-text data from south campus of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University library was extracted by the WeChat public platform assistant program.The representative data manually extracted was compared and analyzed combining with the graph-text content.According to the analysis result of WeChat public platform graph-text data,some suggestions were put forward.University libraries should use new media platforms such as WeChat public platform to push the information to its users based on their own subjects and characters.Then the characteristic cultural brand and higher quality of reading service can be formed gradually.
