1221例癌症幸存者生活质量及相关因素研究

Quality of life and related factors among 1221 Chinese cancer survivors

目的探讨癌症幸存者生活质量及其相关因素,为制订有针对性的护理策略、提高幸存者生活质量提供依据。方法对2018年4月至2018年10月来自北京癌症康复会14个分会的1236例癌症幸存者进行问卷调查,分别记录其人口社会学和疾病相关资料以及癌症治疗功能评价量表、社会支持评定量表、简易应对方式问卷评分,应用多元线性回归分析探讨影响癌症幸存者生活质量的因素。结果本研究共发放1236份问卷,回收有效问卷1221份。癌症幸存者癌症治疗功能评价量表总分为(77.66±13.94)分。社会支持、应对方式、工作状态、体质指数、有氧运动和家庭人均月收入均是癌症幸存者生活质量的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论中国癌症幸存者生活质量有待提高,社会支持水平低、应对方式消极、下岗、体质指数异常、不规律运动以及家庭收入低的癌症幸存者生活质量较差。

Objective To explore the quality of life of cancer survivors and its related factors,and provide a basis for developing targeted nursing strategies and improving the quality of life of cancer survivors.Method From April 2018 to October 2018,1236 cancer survivors from 14 branches of Beijing Cancer Rehabilitation Association were surveyed through a questionnaire.Demographic sociological and disease-related data of cancer survivors,functional assessment of cancer therapy-general,social support rating scale,and simple coping style questionnaire were recorded.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the factors affecting the quality of life of cancer survivors.Result A total of 1236 questionnaires were distributed,and 1221 valid questionnaires were recovered.The total score of functional assessment of cancer therapy-general was(77.66±13.94)points.Social support,coping styles,work status,body mass index,aerobic exercise and monthly household income were all factors that influence the quality of life of cancer survivors(all P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of life of cancer survivors in China needs to be improved.Cancer survivors with low levels of social support,negative coping styles,unemployment,abnormal body mass index,irregular exercise,and low family income have a poor quality of life.
