血压知识及医疗实践在近代中国的传播

The Dissemination of Blood Pressure Knowledge and Relevant Medical Practice in Modern China

血压知识和血压计的使用是近代西方医学传入的重要内容之一。近代中国医学界及医药界等采用多种途径传播血压及相关医疗知识。社会大众在对血压知识及相关的医疗实践,大体经历了模糊认知到基本认知的发展过程,又兼有即接受西方的诊病方式和医疗仪器,又采用传统方法治疗的复杂面相。同时血压知识的传播又丰富了近代中国社会大众的专业医学词汇。本文以血压、血压计、血压病为研究对象,深刻剖析血压知识及医疗实践具有的现实工具性及深层价值性,探究技术进步、社会大众观念及医疗实践的复杂互动关系。

Modern knowledge of blood pressure and the use of sphygmomanometers were among the important contents introduced from Western medicine.During the period of the Republic of China,the Chinese medical circle adopted various ways to disseminate the knowledge of blood pressure and relevant medical knowledge.As a result,the public's knowledge of blood pressure and related medical practices improved.There also appeared the complex coexistence of the reception of Western diagnostic methods and medical instruments and the use of traditional methods to treat blood pressure.At the same time,the dissemination of blood pressure knowledge enriched the professional medical vocabulary of the public.Taking blood pressure,sphygmomanometer and blood pressure disease as the research objects,this paper analyses the realistic instrumentality and deep value of blood pressure knowledge and related medical practice,and explores the complex interaction between technological progress,public concepts and medical practices.
