恒源煤矿采区轨道下山机械化作业线优化及应用 被引量:4

摘要 为了解决恒源煤矿Ⅱ63采区轨道下山(下段)作业效率慢、打眼装岩耗时时间长、采掘接替紧张等问题,采用中深孔光面爆破技术和CMJ2-18型液压掘进台车与ZWY-150/55L型挖掘式装载机配套机械化作业线,形成钻眼、装岩、运输一体化快速掘进作业模式。结果表明:打眼工效提升4~5倍,转运矸石效率提升一倍,每日单进逐步提升至4.7m,作业工效由0.135m/工增加为0.163m/工,作业效率大幅提升,并且施工环境显著改善,工人劳动强度降低,为岩巷机械化作业线的优化与改进以及现场劳动组织情况的管理提供了一定的依据与借鉴。 Aiming at the low operation efficiency,long time for drilling and rock loading,and tension in mining-excavation succession in track dip roadway(lower section)inⅡ63 mining area of Hengyuan Coal Mine,the medium-length hole smooth blasting technology and CMJ2-18 hydraulic tunneling trolley and ZWY-150/55 L excavator loader are adopted to form an integrated rapid tunneling operation mode of drilling,rock loading and transportation.The results show that the drilling efficiency is increased by 4~5 times,the efficiency of waste rock transporting is doubled,the daily single entry is gradually increased to 4.7 m,and the working efficiency is increased from 0.135 m to 0.163 m per worker.The work efficiency is greatly improved,the construction environment is significantly improved,and the labor intensity of workers is reduced,which provides a certain basis and reference for the optimization and improvement of mechanized work lines in rock roadways and the management of on-site labor organization.
