区域超前探查治理技术在邯邢矿区深部采煤底板水害防治中的应用 被引量:19

摘要 针对超前区域探查治理技术在探查治理设计、注浆改造工艺、治理效果评价方面存在的问题,通过分析邯邢矿区水文地质条件及邢东矿、辛安矿水害防治工程实例,对超前区域探查治理技术在深煤层底板高承压水害防治中的应用进行研究。研究得出:注浆治理目的层应综合分析研究区水文地质条件、突(涌)水方式,选择离煤层最近、厚度适中、可注性较好的含水层进行注浆改造;水平孔布设距离应考虑研究区水文地质类型、地质构造复杂程度及发育程度确定孔间距,并设计机动孔;水平孔布置方式应考虑工程目的;治理应按"探、注、验一体化"的思路,对钻进过程中遇到的地质现象实施注浆治理并检验;治理效果应利用突水系数、含水层涌水量、矿井涌水量、构造发现率、初始奥陶系岩溶水压等指标,通过迭代指数法组合量化后,重新评价。 Aiming at the problems in the exploration and control design,grouting transformation process,and evaluation of the treatment effect of the regional advance exploration and control technology,the hydrogeological conditions in Xinghan Mining Area and the water disaster prevention and control projects in Xingdong Mine and Xin’an Mine are analyzed,to study the application of regional advance exploration and control technology in the water hazard control against high pressure confined water in deep coal seam floor.The result show that,the target layer for grouting treatment should be determined after comprehensively analyzing the hydrogeological conditions and water bursting(gushing)modes,and the aquifer close to the coal seam with moderate thickness and favorable groutability is preferred;for the horizontal hole layout,the spacing of holes should be determined considering the hydrogeological type,geological structure complexity and development degree of the study area to determine the hole spacing,maneuverable holes should be designed,and the layout mode should serve to the engineering purpose;the treatment should base on the thought of"integration of exploration,injection and test",and the geological phenomena encountered in the drilling are treated by grouting and testing,the control effect should be evaluated using water inrush coefficient,water inrush from aquifer,mine water inrush,structural discovery rate and initial Ordovician karst water pressure index and other indicators,after they are quantified by exponential iteration method.
