摘要
为了改造或开发发电厂设备监控系统的语音报警,笔者对TTS技术进行分析研究,研发出基于TTS技术的外挂式语音报警软件,以系统剪贴板作为中间桥梁,监控系统向系统剪贴板发送报警文本,外挂报警程序监听系统剪贴板消息,读取系统剪贴板中的报警文本,实现合成语音报警。实践证明该技术切实可行,报警响应迅速,维护方便。
In order to reform or develop the voice alarm of the power plant equipment monitoring system,the author analyzes and researches the TTS technology,and develops the external voice alarm software based on TTS technology.Taking the system clipboard as the middle bridge,the monitoring system sends the alarm text to the system clipboard,the external hanging alarm program monitors the system clipboard message,reads the alarm text in the system clipboard,and realizes synthetic voice alarm.The practice proves that the technology is feasible,the alarm response is rapid and the maintenance is convenient.
