摘要
乌江梯级水电站实施"远程集控、少人维护"模式以来,全面完成梯级9座电站32台机组的远程集控管理及集中控制工作。笔者总结了乌江集控中心实行远程控制以来不同阶段存在的不足和当前面临的问题,针对管理范围、设备功能、人力资源等方面存在的问题,通过深化运行管理,采取完善远程控制管理模式和设备技术措施、建立运行人员轮训机制等措施,使运行人员及时掌握设备状况,保障梯级水电站机电设备安全运行。该成果可为同类远程集控模式提供参考和借鉴。
Since the mode of "remote centralized control and few maintenance" is implemented in Wujiang Cascade Hydropower Station, the remote centralized control management and centralized control of 32 units in 9 cascade hydropower stations have been completed. The author summarizes the shortcomings and current problems in different stages since the implementation of remote control in Wujiang centralized control center. In view of the problems in management scope, equipment function, human resources and other aspects, by deepening the operation work, taking measures such as improving the remote control management mode and equipment technology measures, and establishing the rotation training mechanism for operators, so that operators can grasp the equipment status in time and ensure the safe operation of electromechanical equipment in cascade hydropower stations. The results can provide reference for the similar remote centralized control mode.
