摘要 针对某水电站大型轴流转桨式水轮机组振动异常超标的情况,详细检查分析引起的原因。通过对现场信号反馈、控制参数的检查,动态协联、动态振动的试验及机械结构的分析,由外及内逐一排除客观因素,最终确定机组桨叶活塞杆上卡环、套环及操作架键脱落,这是导致机组多种工况出现振动超标的根本原因,并采取固定浆叶运行的应急处理方式,为同类型水轮机组的振动异常分析及应急处理提供有效借鉴。 In view of the abnormal vibration of a large Kaplan turbine in a hydropower station, the causes are analyzed in detail. Through the inspection of on-site signal feedback, control parameters, the test of dynamic cooperation, and dynamic vibration, and analysis of mechanical structure, objective factors are eliminated from the outside and inside one by one, and it is finally determined that the fall off of the upper snap ring, collar and crosshead key of the piston rod of the unit blade is the root cause of the vibration exceeding the standard in various working conditions of the unit, and the emergency handling method of fixed blade operation is adopted, which provides an effective reference for the vibration abnormal analysis and emergency handling of the same type of hydroturbine unit.
