基于Kaiser模型的某三甲医院灾害脆弱性现状研究

Research on Disaster Vulnerability of a Class A Hospital Based on Kaiser Model

目的通过应用Kaiser模型对三甲医院灾害脆弱性现状进行分析研究,评估医院灾害事件风险,加强医院应急管理。方法医院组织研究团队,通过文献研究和专家访谈,结合医院实际情况确定可能发生的突发事件,基于Kaiser模型设计医院灾害脆弱性分析调查表,对医院各部门副护士长以上领导干部进行培训和调查,应用Epidata3.1数据库和Excel工作表对调查数据进行录入和统计分析,计算突发事件风险值并分析评估。结果根据医院灾害风险值排序,确定前五位突发事件分别是信息系统突发事件、医务人员职业暴露、重大医疗纠纷、电梯意外事件和火灾。结论医院根据灾害脆弱性分析结果和报告,修订和完善医院突发事件应急预案,加强院级、科级应急培训和演练,提高应急反应和处置能力。

Objective To analyze and study the disaster vulnerability status of tertiary hospitals by applying Kaiser model,evaluate the risk of disaster events in hospitals,and strengthen emergency management of hospitals.Methods The hospital organized a research team,through literature research and expert interviews,combined with the actual situation of the hospital to determine possible emergencies,based on the Kaiser model,designed a disaster vulnerability analysis questionnaire for the hospital,and trained and surveyed leaders of deputy head nurses and above in various departments of the hospital,the Epidata3.1 database and Excel worksheet were used to enter and statistically analyze the survey data,calculate the emergency risk value,and analyze and evaluate.Results According to the ranking of hospital disaster risk values,the top five emergencies were determined to be information system emergencies,medical staff occupational exposure,major medical disputes,elevator accidents,and fires.Conclusion Based on the disaster vulnerability analysis results and reports,the hospital revised and improved emergency plans for hospital emergencies,strengthened hospital-level and department-level emergency training and exercises,and improved emergency response and disposal capabilities.
