儿科护理管理中细节管理的应用研究

Application of Detail Management in Pediatric Nursing Management

目的研究儿科护理管理中细节管理的应用效果。方法于2018年3月—2019年4月收集该院儿科住院患儿80例,数字表法随机分为对照组与实验组,各40例。给予对照组患儿常规护理,给予实验组患儿常规护理+细节管理。观察并对比两种护理模式的应用效果。结果实验组护患纠纷、护理差错、护理相关并发症的发生率均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿及家长满意度(95.00%)高于对照组(77.50%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科护理管理中应用细节管理,可减少护理差错、护患纠纷、护理相关并发症,提高患儿及家长满意度,值得推广。

Objective To study the application effect of detail management in pediatric nursing management.Methods A total of 80 children with pediatric inpatients in the hospital from March 2018 to April 2019 were collected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The children in the control group were given routine care,and the children in the experimental group were given routine care+detailed management.Observe and compare the application effects of the two nursing modes.Results The incidence of nurse-patient disputes,nursing errors,and nursing-related complications in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences between groups(P<0.05).The satisfaction of children and parents in the experimental group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(77.50%),the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detail management in pediatric nursing management can reduce nursing errors,nurse-patient disputes,nursing-related complications,and improve the satisfaction of children and parents.It is worth promoting.
