护理部区域化负责制在护理质量管理中的应用

Application of Regional Responsibility System of Nursing Department in Nursing Quality Management

目的研究护理质量管理中实施护理部区域化负责制的临床价值。方法纳入该院护理部(2016年4月-2018年4月)的护士长44名,区域护士长7名,护理单元22个实施研究,以实施前后基准,分为实验组(实施后,2017年4月-2018年4月)、对照组(实施前,2016年4月-2017年4月)。比较两组的护理质量、纠纷情况与投诉情况。结果护理质量对比:实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。纠纷率对比:实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。投诉率对比:实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理质量管理中实施护理部区域化负责制的临床价值显著,可明显提高该院护理质量,并减少纠纷与投诉,有利于医护关系和谐发展,值得借鉴。

Objective To study the clinical value of implementing the regional responsibility system of nursing department in nursing quality management. Methods 44 head nurses, 7 regional head nurses, and 22 nursing units were included in the nursing department of the hospital(after implementation, April 2016-April 2018) were divided into experimental group(April 2017-April 2018), control group(before implementation,April 2016-April 2017). The quality of care, disputes and complaints were compared between the two groups. Results Comparison of nursing quality: the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). Comparison of dispute rates: the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). Complaint rate comparison: the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical value of implementing the regionalized responsibility system of nursing department in nursing quality management is significant, which can significantly improve the nursing quality of our hospital, reduce disputes and complaints, and is conducive to the harmonious development of medical and nursing relations.
