PDCA循环模式用于药剂科药品管理效果评价探讨

Discussion on PDCA Cycle Model for Evaluation of Drug Management Effect in Pharmacy

目的研究和探析在药剂科医务人员进行药品管理的过程当中,采用PDCA循环管理模式所能够起到的作用。方法在该院2017年7月-2018年7月使用常规管理模式进行药品管理的病例当中,随机抽取500例作为该次研究的对照组,其中共计使用药品11万件。再在使用PDCA循环管理模式进行药品管理的病例当中,抽取500例作为该次研究的研究组,其中共计使用药品9.7万件。采用问卷调查的方式来对于两组共计一千名患者的药物使用准确率、有效使用率、不合格药物拒绝率、检讨差错率、医嘱不合理、高危药物管理进行分析。结果以上各项指标的结果经过统计,研究组患者均显著高于对照组,在其中的药物使用准确率这一方面,研究者的比例高达99.0%,与此同时,对照组仅为92.0%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相对于常规的药物管理模式,更具有针对性,更能够从整体和个体的角度,改善医院的用药安全水平。

Objective To study and analyze the role that the PDCA cycle management model can play in the process of pharmaceutical management by pharmaceutical staff in the pharmacy department. Methods Among the cases in the hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 using conventional management mode for drug management, a random method was used to select 500 cases as the control group for this study, using 110,000 medicines. Among the cases using the PDCA cycle management model for drug management, 500 cases were selected as the study group for this study, of which a total of 97,000 drugs were used. A questionnaire survey was used to analyze the accuracy of drug use, effective use rate, rejection rate of unqualified drugs, review error rate, unreasonable doctor order, and high-risk drug management in two groups. Results The results of the above indicators were statistically compared. The patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group. In terms of the accuracy of drug use, the proportion of researchers was as high as 99.0%. At the same time, the control group only accounted for 92.0%, the difference between the two groups has significant statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the conventional drug management model, it is more targeted and can improve the level of drug safety in hospitals from a holistic and individual perspective.
