摘要 目的分析临床技能培训中应用情境模拟教学效果。方法随机将2017年9月-2018年9月中医专业80名学员分为40名对照组(临床技能带教教学)、40名实验组(情境模拟教学)。结果实验组学员理论知识、实践操作得分、学员对带教老师满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在临床技能培训中应用情境模拟教学,能提升学员的实践操作技能水平。 Objective To analyze the effects of applying situational simulation teaching in clinical skills training. Methods Randomly divide 80 students of TCM specialty from September 2017 to September 2018 into 40 cases in the control group(clinical skills teaching) and 40 students in the experimental group(situation simulation teaching). Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation, and students ’satisfaction with the instructors were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of situational simulation teaching in clinical skills training can improve students’ practical operation skills.
