摘要
目的探讨全程导师制带教模式在精神科临床护理带教中的应用。方法选择2017年1月-2019年1月于该院精神科实习的60名精神科护理实习生作为该次研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各30名,对照组应用传统灌输式教学方法,观察组应用全程导师制带教方法,对比两组精神科护理实习生的护理带教效果。结果观察组精神科护理实习生的基础护理成绩、操作技能成绩、服务态度成绩和护患沟通能力成绩均要显著比对照组精神科护理实习生高(P<0.05);观察组精神科护理实习生对带教方法各项评价评分均要显著比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论全程导师制带教在精神科护理带教中具有显著效果,可明显改善护理带教效果,提升精神科护理实习生精神科临床护理知识与操作技能水平,值得大力推广。
Objective To explore the application of the full-teacher system teaching mode in psychiatric clinical nursing teaching. Methods Sixty psychiatric nursing interns who participated in psychiatric internship in the hospital from January2017 to January 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Each group had psychiatric nursing, 30 interns each, the control group applied the traditional indoctrination teaching method, the observation group applied the full-time mentorship teaching method, and compared the two groups of psychiatric nursing internships. Results The results of basic nursing, operation skills, service attitude and nurse-patient communication of the psychiatric nursing trainees in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the psychiatric nursing trainees in the control group(P<0.05). Interns’ evaluation scores of teaching methods were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The full tutor-based teaching has a significant effect in psychiatric nursing teaching, which can significantly improve the effect of nursing teaching and enhance the level of clinical nursing knowledge and operating skills of psychiatric nursing trainees. It is worth promoting vigorously.
