免疫微生态营养在结直肠癌手术加速康复外科中的应用

Application of Immune Microecological Nutrition in Enhanced Recovery after Surgery of Colorectal Cancer

手术成为治疗结直肠恶性肿瘤的首选方法.自加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)理论的主要内容之一就是强调肠内营养在结直肠恶性肿瘤患者术后的恢复中起到重要的作用,而肠道免疫微生态营养在肠内营养的过程中扮演着重要的角色.本研究在加速康复外科理论基础上加用免疫微生态营养制剂,观察患者术后恢复情况及机体免疫状态、患者的预后,探讨免疫微生态制剂是否可以成为结直肠癌手术加速康复外科一种新的处理手段,从而推动加速康复外科的发展应用.

With the development of surgical techniques,surgery has become the first choice for the treatment of colorectal cancer.One of the main contents of the theory of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)is to emphasize that enteral nutrition plays an important role in postoperative recovery of patients with colorectal cancer,while enteral ecoimmunonutrition is an important part of enteral nutrition.This research based on theories in accelerating rehabilitation surgery combined with immune microecological nutrition preparation,observation patient’s postoperative recovery and the body’s immune status,the prognosis of patients,to explore the immune probiotics can become colorectal cancer surgery accelerate rehabilitation surgery a new processing method,so as to promote the development of the speeding recovery surgical applications.
